Finding a place to eat in London

Well, this is a personal post more than what I am currently up to in the world of work. but I am off to London this weekend so my fiancée can enjoy her christmas present finally (Tickets to see Bon Jovi @ Hard Rock calling 2011).

So the past 2 weeks we have been on the look out for somewhere cool to eat while we are there. Usually we aim for a high end restaurant that we both fancy and then hit up a chain and any other indpenant we fancey while walking past for the 3/4 days we stop over. But this time we want american fare to keep in theam with the rocking weekend and also both really want a buger after talking about in-N-out the other day (We miss that place so much)

So I set off on my research quest to find a place that ticks all the boxs’ reasonably priced, good food and drinks in a nice environment. first stop was Google the tool for any internet user that has a question they need answered. after numinous searceh, I fend I am being presented with the same first page of results and they are all restaurant booking /  review sites. “where am I going with this I hear you ask” Well these sites are all every good and I kind of agree with what some of them say from past experience, I feel the main stream restaurants are getting the spotlight and smaller hidden gems are being missed.

 

So I am asking you, my visitors recommend me a place where I can get a good buger fries and cocktail and leave some comments about where you like to crash out and get your food fix’s
